TITLE: Facilities Specialist
DEPARTMENT: Facilities
REPORTS TO: Facilities Director and Manager
FLSA: Part-time; Salaried- Non-Exempt
WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT
You have a growth mindset, excellent teamwork skills and can drive performance based on the Facilities Director and Club Culture. You will support the LFA Facilities team on a day-to-day basis with duties relative to the preparation, portioning, serving, and distribution of meals within the LFA Back Post. You will need to ensure safety of our guest while helping answer basic questions of people while at the sports complex. Your duties may rotate among setting up fields for play, turning lights off/on, emptying trash cans, inventory stocking and clean up duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct our customers around complex which include players, parents, coaches, etc. along with being a presence of security for the complex.
- Assisting coaches and other LFA employees when needed.
- Transporting necessary equipment from field to shed along with moving items around from different sections of the complex.
- Important: Must pass Child Safe background test and have clean driving record.
