Welcome to LFA Lacrosse

Lou Fusz Athletic Lacrosse is a non-profit 501(C)3 youth sports organization (founded in late 2015) whose goal is to provide the highest-quality lacrosse options for all families and players. Lou Fusz Athletic (LFA) Lacrosse has something for everyone from Learn 2 Plays and recreational teams and leagues (SLYLA), to competitive lacrosse travel teams (Blue Star Academy), to tournaments and even adult leagues.

Lou Fusz Lacrosse teaches athletes (ages 4–18) the proper fundamentals of the game while developing them into competitive and well-rounded players who play the right way. Most importantly, LFA Lacrosse teaches it's players to love the game. Over the last few years, Lou Fusz Lacrosse has reached thousands of families and players through it's teams, leagues, tournaments, camps, clinics, and training. LFA Lacrosse have become the leader in growing the game both locally and throughout the Midwest in this time. LFA Lacrosse is the largest and fastest growing lacrosse club in the state of Missouri, and is already one of the largest clubs in the entire Midwest, earning press and praise from everyone from US Lacrosse to STL Post Dispatch / STL Today!

Programs, Leagues, Camps, Clinics, Training & Tournaments

LFA Lacrosse does it all. We host the largest and most year-round and seasonal options in the midwest. Whether is 100+ team leagues and tournaments, or elite training and ID camps, we do it all.

LFA Lacrosse has something for everyone regardless of their current experience level. If your child is 4–18 years old and interested in playing lacrosse or has never played before, we recommend starting with our Little Lou's Lacrosse (ages 4-8) or 1 of our many intro Learn 2 Play Lacrosse camps (all ages). These programs are designed to introduce the sport in a fun and safe environment while teaching the athletes what they need to know to prepare them to play on teams and in leagues / tournaments. LFA Lacrosse always offers a next step into team play after intro level programs like the ones mentioned.

We also have numerous camps and clinics each season for experienced players looking to advance their lacrosse skills, techniques and IQ. We also host seasonal rec and competitive teams, leagues and tournaments for players looking to get the most touches on the ball.

Competitive Teams & Coaches

The Blue Star Academy is an advanced travel team and technical training program within Lou Fusz Athletic (LFA) that is focused on the elite development of our most competitive lacrosse players. The Academy exists to identify top performing middle school and high school players that strive to play at the collegiate level. With a technical focus on skill development, coaching, and playing in competitive tournaments against the best, Blue Star empowers our lacrosse players to reach their full potential.

The Academy continually challenges the players with a top-notch curriculum in a fast-paced, competitive atmosphere. Utilizing world-class indoor and outdoor facilities at Lou Fusz Athletic, Blue Star provides the necessary tools and resources for players looking to take their game to the next level. The staff is led by former collegiate and pro players who have transitioned into LFA's veteran coaches. They bring a wealth of lacrosse knowledge and experience to our players.

About our Coaches: All LFA teams are coached and trained by the top LFA Lacrosse coaches who are current or former competitive players. They know the game, have competed at some of the highest levels (either professionally, previously in high school and college), and are eager to teach the next generation of lacrosse players. All of our coaches are background checked and US Lacrosse Level 1 Certified.
