LFA's competitive teams are formed by invitation only from the coach of that specific team. By filling out our inquiry form, we can process your information within your specific age group and send a message to those coaches directly with your inquiry. Any coaches that are looking for more players will then send you a message with the next steps.

Girls Academy

Lou Fusz Athletic’s Girls Academy (GA) program is the highest level of competition for female players, offering a national platform focused on elite player development, empowerment, and leadership. As the premier youth league in the country, GA provides top-tier coaching, exposure to college and professional opportunities, and a voice for players to shape their own experience within a supportive, high-performance environment.

GA Aspire is Lou Fusz Athletic’s second-tier competitive platform for girls, designed for talented players developing toward the GA level. With a focus on technical growth, tactical awareness, and competitive gameplay, Aspire bridges the gap between local competition and the national stage, helping players progress along the elite development pathway.

RED STAR TEAMS

Lou Fusz Athletic’s Red Star Teams provide a competitive and developmental environment for female players who are building their skills and passion for the game. These teams focus on strong fundamentals, teamwork, and game understanding, with training led by experienced coaches. Red Star offers a great balance of competition and growth, preparing players for higher-level opportunities within the club’s girls pathway.
