Little Lou's Lacrosse is the perfect introduction to the game for our youngest players. Designed for boys and girls ages 3–6, this fun and engaging program focuses on building basic lacrosse skills, coordination, and a love for the sport; all in a positive, age-appropriate environment.

The Rookies Program is built for players ages 7-10 who are ready to take the next step in their lacrosse journey. This program focuses on developing fundamental skills, game awareness, and teamwork through fun drills and small-sided play, preparing athletes for more advanced competition while keeping the game exciting and inclusive.

BLUE STAR TEAMS

8U & 10U Blue Star Teams represent the most competitive environment for our youngest lacrosse athletes. As travel teams, they compete against other top programs in the region, providing players with high-level game experience. Designed for advanced athletes, the Blue Star program emphasizes accelerated skill development, team strategy, and a commitment to excellence, building a strong foundation for future success on and off the field.

GIRLS SPRING TEAMS

Lou Fusz Girls Lacrosse will field recreational teams at the 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U levels for the Spring 2026 season. This program is designed to provide a fun, supportive, and development-focused environment for girls of all skill levels, whether they are new to the game or looking to continue growing their abilities. Players will build fundamental lacrosse skills, learn teamwork and sportsmanship, and enjoy competing in the fastest sport on two feet.
