12U & 14U Blue Star Teams are elite-level travel teams for athletes ages 11–14, primarily serving the middle school age group. These teams compete against top programs across the region, offering players a high-intensity, development-focused experience. With an emphasis on advanced skills, team systems, and lacrosse IQ, the Blue Star program prepares athletes for high school competition and beyond, all within a competitive, team-first environment.
