Lou Fusz Athletic Unveils West-Based Expansion

EARTH CITY, Mo. – Lou Fusz Athletic, Cottleville United and St. Louis Hawks launched their new network club, Lou Fusz Athletic West, which will serve as a new St. Charles County branch of Lou Fusz Athletic beginning in Fall 2026.

“We take a lot of pride in our foundational pillars at Lou Fusz Athletic; our primary pillar being the responsibility of a community facilitator,” said Lou Fusz Managing Director Dan Gargan. “We’ve prioritized putting investment in our complexes to build the experience for the players, and continued to find the best coaches and staffers in the Midwest to lead and mentor those young athletes.”

Through this partnership, Lou Fusz Athletic will work closely with Cottleville United and St. Louis Hawks to rebrand into Lou Fusz Athletic West. This will offer the rapidly-growing clubs increased investment, efficiency and oversight, as well as access to Lou Fusz’s established resources and development infrastructure.

This includes best in class services for all athletes that are registered with LFA. One of the more significant offerings provided being athletic training services through the Young Athlete Center. A specifically designed initiative for the youth, led by the orthopedic and sports medicine team at Washington University and St. Louis Children’s Hospital, giving unmatched resources to the community. Continual sport specific technical training throughout the year, premier coaching education, and first class facilities to develop in are just a few of the key pillars LFA aims to continually provide.

Soccer clubs and families alike can expect ongoing updates after the launch, including future initiatives such as increased player opportunities on both the boys and girls sides.

“We pride ourselves on the people that are in our building," said Gargan. “West is an expansion of two key pillars for us, facilities and staff. We’ve aligned a notable local Club in Hawks FC with one of the best up and coming Clubs in Cottleville United and their existing staff and the great facility at Cottleville City Fields. We look forward to layering in our expertise and increasing our support for the growth of that part of the community.”
